1. Delivery services and timescales
- Stocked lines ordered by 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery to mainland UK.
- Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and remote postcodes are typically 2 working days.
- Pallet-quantity orders travel on a pallet network and are booked in with you; tail-lift and kerbside delivery are standard unless agreed otherwise.
- Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. We will tell you promptly if an item is delayed.

3. Checking your delivery
Please check quantities and condition on arrival. Report shortages, damage or picking errors within 48 hours of delivery to info@merantipackaging.co.uk with your order number and photos where possible. We will replace, credit or refund affected items at our cost.
4. Returns
- Unused goods in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Contact us first for a returns reference; unreferenced returns can be delayed or refused.
- Unless the return is due to our error or a fault, you arrange and pay for return carriage, and goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
- Refunds or credits are issued within 14 days of the goods arriving back and passing inspection.
- Not returnable unless faulty: bespoke sizes, printed items, special-order lines and goods that have been used or stored in a way that makes them unsellable.
5. Faulty goods
If any product is faulty or does not match its stated specification, tell us as soon as you discover it. We will replace it, credit it or refund it, including reasonable return carriage. This policy does not exclude any rights or remedies available to business buyers under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
6. Failed deliveries
If a carrier cannot deliver (site closed, no goods-in, refused), redelivery may carry a further charge at the carrier's rate. Please include goods-in hours and access notes at checkout.
